About Us

Owner, Dean Thornton is currently the First Team Goalkeeper Coach of Swansea. He has over 10 years experience - working as First Team Goalkeeper Coach at  Swindon, Taiwan (Mens National Team) and Head of Academy Coach at QPR. Dean worked for GK Icon Academies and has worked with some of the best goalkeepers in the world including Julio Cesar (87 Brazil caps) and current Premier League goalkeeper Alex McCarthy.

His Academy and techniques are designed to help goalkeepers improve technical skills and develop their confidence,

We are based in Maidenhead and Reading and work with children aged 6-18 years old. We can help find professional routes into the game or if you are just looking for a fun session then that is fine too.
